Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PetPals™ by California Loves Frenchies ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access PetPals™ for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

You may not use our service:

By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

AI Advisor Disclaimer

Our AI advisor service provides general information and suggestions about French Bulldog care. This information is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or products through our service:

• You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PetPals™ and California Loves Frenchies. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The information on this platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms related to our platform and the use of this platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
